Proxy Bidding Directions 

Your Proxy Bidder will be a UTR Volunteer who will place bids on your behalf and who will adhere to your maximum bid requirements. That way you don't have to miss out on the excitement--or the great deals! If youre are interested, please send an email to TerriWetterberg@utr.org with the package name and the max amount you are willing to spend.

The night of the Auction, our volunteers will act as proxy bidders. They will not immediately offer up your maximum bid! They will be trying to get the best deal for you and will therefore continue to bid on your behalf until you either win the item or your maximum bid is outbid by someone else. You will be contacted by Friday, November 20th if you are a winner and to make arrangements to have the package(s) shipped to you.*

*Please note shipping costs are not included in the bid and will be added onto the final total. Select items, including those which offer wine and alcohol, cannot be shipped and therefore are not available by proxy bidding.
